  • At Hello Community Health, we are committed to providing compassionate and inclusive mental healthcare services tailored to the diverse needs of our community. Our practice is rooted empowerment, inclusivity, advocacy for holistic well-being and community building. By choosing our services, you affirm your commitment to these principles and the unique approach of our practice.

  • Empowered Care: Every individual who seeks care with us undergoes an initial psychiatric evaluation, where we strive to understand their unique needs and experiences. Our healthcare providers assess whether establishing a therapeutic relationship via tele-health is appropriate for you, encouraging you to actively participate in decisions about your health and wellness journey. If you face an emergency or are in imminent danger or crisis, please don't wait to find support. Hello Community Health is here to help you heal but we are not a 24/7 service. Please call 911 or visit the emergency room in event of an emergency. Or Call 988 to reach a 24-hour suicide and mental health crisis helpline.

Compassionate Clinical Services: Our outpatient services are delivered with compassion and understanding. We schedule appointments in advance using secure telecommunication software. We encourage patients to maintain regular follow-up appointments to ensure continuity of care and to address any evolving mental healthcare needs.

Holistic Approach to Medication: We adhere to federal regulations governing the prescription of controlled substances, prioritizing the safety of our patients.

Federal law has restrictions on the prescription of controlled substances via tele-health across states. This includes medications like Stimulants for ADHD, Benzodiazepenes for Panic disorder, Opioids for pain management, and opioid use disorder treatment and certain sleep medications.

Should the need arise, our healthcare providers may be able to collaborate with your primary care provider located in the state you live to facilitate access to all medications, ensuring comprehensive and holistic care.

Supportive Communication: Patients have the option to securely communicate with their healthcare provider through our online patient portal, fostering a supportive environment for open dialogue and collaboration. While we strive to respond promptly to messages, we emphasize that this platform is not intended for emergencies, encouraging patients to seek immediate assistance when necessary.

  • Hello Community Health provides mental health evaluations, therapy and medication management. If you are considering medication or looking for a provider to manage your medication the first step is to request a Psychiatric Evaluation session.

During this evaluation, your provider will discuss your history, diagnoses that relate to your concerns and will review recommended treatment options. Treatment may include medication, therapy and lifestyle changes. If medication is the best fit for you, your provider will review information about how the medication works, risks and benefits, possible side effects, and typical time it may take to see an effect.
