We offer in-depth therapeutic talk sessions delving into subconscious thoughts and emotions, fostering self-awareness and facilitating profound personal growth and healing. This is classically considered psychoanalysis and we offer 1 to 3 sessions a week.

Group therapy include contemplative spaces, Sister circles and Supportive groups. All groups are limited to 4-8 individuals, group and is guided by theories that explore anti-oppressionist practices, community building, awareness of spiritual health and self compassion. They create a space to talk about your struggles, growth and purpose.
