  • 10 session self guided Cognitive Behavioral Therapy course that targets mild symptoms of anxiety, depression, chronic pain and ADHD. Workbooks can be completed at own pace or integrated into treatment plan.

    5 meditation recordings to start your contemplative practice.

  • We offer evidence based symptom trackers to monitor your progress and identify when mental health treatment is needed.

  • We offer self guided weekly homework and access to a secure portal to write journal responses. Your can provide access to your psychiatrist and schedule appointments during challenging points. Please note that journaling function cannot be used for emergency communication.
